How Do I Sign Up?
Click on subscribe and you will given the option to choose a quarterly, bi-annual, or yearly box. Complete your account information and shipping details. The last step is to add your billing information and hit submit. As a reminder, this subscription continues to renew until you cancel through your account.
How Does The Subscription Work?
After you subscribe, your Official B.A.E Box will be sent on the 1st business day of February, May, August, and November. You will be billed the 1st month of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). For bi-annual and yearly subscriptions, you will be re-billed on the same day you subscribed after 6 months and 1 year accordingly.

At this time we do not ship outside the U.S. Stay connected for any future changes.

How Do I Manage My Subscription?

Login into your account by clicking on the account icon on the right side of the menu. And then, click on Manage Subscription button. 

What Is Your Refund Policy?

We do not offer refunds for any reason. However, if one of the gifts arrives damaged please email us at officialbaebox@gmail.com with a photo of how the package arrived so that we can get you a replacement of that item.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

If you have subscribed for a quarterly box you will be able to cancel after 6 months (2 boxes). There are no cancellation fees included. If you cancel online after the bill date, the cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Please note that when you cancel a subscription, it does not cancel any paid or pending charges.
